NFC not working at all

I have been trying to use NFC to pay and charge my transportation cards for a while now and NFC seems not to work. 

I downloaded different apps to check and none of them can read the card. NFC is on , and also Android beam is on too. No phone case and battery 100% and i also tried it on different places too on the back of the phone but still no success. What to do ?

Hope you're doing well. The NFC antenna is located on the back of the phone, next to the camera on the S20 devices. Which app are you using to make the wireless payments? Also, is the screen unlocked when you attempt to use NFC to make the payments?

The app I'm trying to use is called "RavKav " here in Israel. It is used to charge your transportation card. 

I tried again but still not working 😕

Hello Asad, honestly ive had nothing but bad luck with this phone (s20 ultra). The camera is good but in video its horrible but horrible and pixelated. 

In any case my NFC doesnt work at all. I have placed it near the cameras and everywhere else. I have tried everything turning it on and off and forced shut down and everything. It just doesnt work.

I'm sad to hear that you feel that way, about the camera @Jayjay506 . Are you recording a video outdoors or indoors and what camera mode are you using? IS this affecting all?

In regard to the NFC, do you receive any error code when you try to use it? Are you using a case or cover on the phone?

Dear Tess, the video is just bad quality in general. At night even if in night mode, during the day you can see like pixelafed and lag time when you go from one side to the next and this is all very well documented on different sites. People say the camera is terrible even though supposedly its why we all paid 1500+ dollars for it (never again).

As for the NFC yes i have a thin clear silicone cover and i took it off to test the NFC. It dlest work: no cover, with cover, next to the camera antenna and all over the phone, it never ever detects anything and so no, no error message.
