Issue after update: non-stop pop up - faster richer higher quality chat on wifi or data

I did the latest update to my phone this morning, now I have a non-stop message coming up.  The message is: faster richer higher quality chat on wifi or data. 

I know this is related to the enhanced chat and I've tried turning it off about 100 times. It will not go away! Even while typing this post it popped up! 

Samsung,  please fix this. It is maddening!!!

I just deleted it as if who you are contacting does not have it ...you are unable to send to unless they have the same message system as you..

It shows up everytime I unlock my phone to do something. Super annoying!

Are you using the Google messaging app?

@mraj1 Try clearing the cache and data of the Google Messages app, press and hold the app icon, three dots at the top right / Storage / Clear cache and data.

Sorry, deleted what? This issue started this morning after I updated my phone. I assume it's a side effect of the update. Please, share what it is you deleted. I use the default message program for text.
