I have not received software updates for my galaxy s20+

Still in android 10... every single time I keep checking,  its telling me my phone is up to date.

You probably have a device not meant for the region where you are. I would recommend using Smart Switch in your PC and see if that will update it.

@Damilola Best to try Smart Switch,  you would need to connect your Device to a computer where the Smart Switch software is installed.  The precise procedure is detailed in this article if unfamiliar. https://www.androidcentral.com/how-update-your-samsung-phone-smart-switch
