This is very good and I love my phone but the face recognition sometimes doesn't recognize my face

@Soppy: Glad to hear that you're loving your new phone. The accuracy of Face Recognition can differ depending on the surrounding conditions, therefore I recommend making sure that you're in a well lit room, or there is enough natural light, to allow it to scan your face successfully.

Hi. I have the same problem. Used my Note 10 under exactly the same conditions with no problem ever. I have a 50% failure rate with my new Note 20 Ultra. I've tried deleting and retaking my image, but no improvement. I've also used the secondary image feature. I think there's an inherent problem.
