Hi all can anyone tell me why I'm not receiving my emails all of a sudden.

Hey @Julie51! Have you tried removing your account and adding it again? This will help give the email sync a little boost. You can remove your account in Settings > Accounts and backup > Manage accounts > Tap on your email > Remove account. You can then add it back by heading back to the Manage accounts page > Add account > Enter account details. 🙂

Are you using Samsung email app or something else ?

Yes I think it's samsung app not 100%

My Hotmail goes through the app but Gmail goes through its own app.

Have you checked the email settings

Same thing happened with my phone.....power down phone,turn back on after a couple of minutes (make sure you're in your WiFi zone) everything will sync together
