Recently, I noticed when I am using the camera on my S20 Plus, in the 1:1 aspect only, a dark spot appears on the left of the image. When a photograph is taken in this aspect the dark spot also shows in the photograph.
Please find attached a photograph showing the problem. The photograph is of the ceiling in my office. The spot in the attached photograph is subtle, but in other circumstances it is more pronounced. And it shows up in photographs of skies really badly. I have noticed that other Samsung phone users have experienced a similar problem, but no one has said what is causing the problem or what the solution is.
Please can someone tell me what is causing this problem and what the solution is.
Kind regards,

Can you take the phone to a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre @SamsonKnowledge for them to take a look.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
