Can I simply say "answer" to accept or reject incoming calls on the S20+ ?

I'm not sure that's available in the native phone app but it maybe worth having a look in your bixby settings.

Or there might be an app that helps with this @Paul_Iddon

this is not a setting anymore wish it was it was really useful as it automatically went on loud speaker when you shouted answer
