call screen background

Hi,

 Is anyone getting the call screen background going back to default every so often? I've reported it but they've come back and said there is no issue?

It happened to me once but it was because I had accidentally deleted the picture that I set as the call background. It hasn't happened to me after that because I havent deleted the picture from my phone.
