My recording feature is not showing now

.i think it is because of region..when i was in india...i used to it..but now it is not showing

Yep it depends on region. Which is not fair. The call recorder never lies, just like the camera!

Some countries you can't record calls, UK is one of them and the USA etc

Keith not entirely true for the UK. Rules in the UK are :

In the UK, recording phone calls is legal, but with restrictions. While individuals can record their own calls for personal use without consent, sharing those recordings with a third party without consent is a breach of privacy law.
