bubbles and smart pop up view

I'm having difficulty with Samsungs smart pop up vs bubbles. if I use smart pop-up view I get the chat bubble for whatsapp and text messages but not Facebook messenger though is turned on. I can only get chat head for Facebook messenger if I use bubbles over smart view but then don't get chat heads for whatsapp. so seems one or the other. please help rectify

Nothing to do with Samsung, it's about apps being incompatible with Android 11. You will need to wait for them to update.

oh OK. it does say in the settings tho that it should work with apps that have split screen compatibility which messenger does and the fact messenger does have chat heat capabilities I thought it should work?

Yes, it may well say those things but that doesn't override the lack of support  for Android 11 which hopefully they will resolve soonest as more device receive Android 11.
