Battery Usage Stats

Has anyone lost their battery usage stats overnight? 

Mine have disappeared and I've tried resetting my phone, and still not there.

Probably just a New Year Bug, but just wanted to ask.

I just posted the exact same thing happened last night to mine iv got the note 20 ultra

Ive got S20 5G. Just find it strange, as I've had lots of issue with my battery.

yeah I'm the same my battery is dogy as hell but samsung are basically turning a blind eye too it.

Have you all updated to Android 11 the finished version i.e not beta ?

I'm asking as it's the same on my partners s20 who has recently updated to Android 11.

Just tried on my S10 running the beta and this has happened to me also. It was working fine as I have been checking my battery stats regularly.

On my phone those stats also are gone. Strange disappearance.

yeah. I've contacted them possibly 20-30 times since I got my phone in August. All they tell you is the generic "copy & paste" responses. They clearly know there's an issue by amount of battery issue posts on here.

yes send to be a bug or something I took have been in contact with them and the ceo who got abating to call and take control of my phone to see if there was anything they could do needless to say nope nothing done and still not fixed

I've asked on another forum to see if other users are experiencing issues and from the initial reply it appears so.
