Has anyone lost their battery usage stats overnight?

Mine have disappeared and I've tried resetting my phone, and still not there.

Probably just a New Year Bug, but just wanted to ask.

Go to Apps

Enable show system apps

Find the app Samsung Device Health Manager Services

Go to  storage

Clear data

Then give it quite a long time to rebuild its usage (a few hours), and after that the battery usage indicator will be ok again

yeah they tried to say to me the battery drainage is normal and that I surely couldn't have had 2 handsets with same problem the first one I was lucky to get nearly 4 hours out of now I'm lucky to reach 5 max 6 hours and that's with nearly all apps in sleep/deep sleep but yet this is normal samsung say I don't think so i could go spend 200 right now in a phone that would easily have better battery life now ppl say the phones screen size apps what the phone is built to do silk drain the battery I get that but why did samsung use a small battery that clearly can't keep up with the phones features

It’s unclear what could be causing this bug, but thankfully, there’s a pretty simple solution. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Open the Settings app on the phone, then go into the Apps submenu.
  2. Here, tap the small icon next to the Your apps text, then enable the Show system apps option and press OK.

  3. Now, scroll down until you find the Samsung Device Health Manager Service app in the list and tap it.
  4. Here, go into the Storage submenu, and hit the Clear data option at the bottom.

That should do the trick, and after a little bit of use or after you charge your phone, you should see the proper battery statistics again. Of course, if religiously checking battery stats isn’t your thing, you can simply wait for Samsung to fix the bug with a future update, whenever that comes out for your particular Galaxy device.

I just tried this and it WORKS! You just have to give it a little time, like an hour of use.

Hello all heres a fix I found that 100% works.
Please restart the phone after you've followed the instructions in the link (Sammobile) I've added.

I just came here to show you the solution, but it appears a number of you have beat me to it.

I'll add the screenshots as a second point of reference all the same.
