Go to Apps
Enable show system apps
Find the app Samsung Device Health Manager Services
Go to storage
Clear data
Then give it quite a long time to rebuild its usage (a few hours), and after that the battery usage indicator will be ok again

It’s unclear what could be causing this bug, but thankfully, there’s a pretty simple solution. Here’s what you need to do:
That should do the trick, and after a little bit of use or after you charge your phone, you should see the proper battery statistics again. Of course, if religiously checking battery stats isn’t your thing, you can simply wait for Samsung to fix the bug with a future update, whenever that comes out for your particular Galaxy device.

I just came here to show you the solution, but it appears a number of you have beat me to it.
I'll add the screenshots as a second point of reference all the same.

There's an update too of Device Care, that fixes this problem...
