Hi to you,

How do I Get All my Apps to be in Correct Alphabetical order as some at the Top are not then I starts a bit further down and it looks odd on the app screen.

And also sometimes I don't get 2 rows on the home screen also only 1 row with is frustrating.

if its the app screen u mean swipe up go to the apps screen next to the search bar the 3 dots press that go to sort then alphabetical order hope this helps

Hi to you how do I Restore my phone to factory settings samsung galexy S20 plus as it is displaying an old email address I no longer use it wont allow me 2 Set back to factory settings really annoying what do I do my new email is Brighteststar62@ outlook.com.
