application keeps opening even though I've closed all apps

Hi I've got s20 fe has anyone else been having the same problem with there phone so I close all applications with the left bottom button the 3 lines there all closed none in used then after a while I check it and there's a application open its been happening with playstore and messages now Internet its driving me mad

Hopefully, this is fixed in the new Galaxy S20 FE Android 11 updates being rolled out.

I do not have the S20 FE but others on various forums have mentioned this. Some have claimed that wiping the devices cache partition has solved the issue for them.

yeah I've done that to but then a different app does it so I wipe that apps cache too

so far the ones I wipe haven't done it again
