Annoying Screen Wake Notification

Hi all,

Starting last night sometime (I have no idea what I've done), EVERY time I wake my phone, it plays a notification. I have no idea how to disable this. It really seems like it should be a simple solution. The only thing that works is turning off all notifications, but that really isn't an ideal solution.

I hope someone can offer some insight on this issue.

Update. I still have no idea what caused this issue (I'm sure it's something stupid I did), but I simply reset my settings a second time and everything is back to normal.
