hello

there are some things why the phone could be not updating,

1. phone was from other region

2. phone's software was tampered/customised

either way, you may try using the Smart Switch to update the software via PC - link 

if persists, please contact Samsung Support for other options

Who supplied the phone to you directly @StormwindDraconis 

Updates are sent out via region, phone model and serial number.

It was supplied via a Third Party called Buymobiles.net. Could this be why? Could this also be why it says that Samsung Members app isn't available in my country when I'm in the UK?

Imported phone's will still get updates @StormwindDraconis albeit sometimes at a slower pace.

My N20 Ultra is from Hong Kong so I know my updates may come slower too.

That said Samsung Members App works fine on it in the UK.
