It's worth mentioning that this list only pertains to Egypt, and other countries may follow a different rollout schedule. It also has a few devices missing, so you might want to contact your local Samsung customer representative for confirmation on One UI 3.0."

Thanks for posting that information @ironass ,   obviously need to wait for confirmation  of rollout in respective countries.   However the early timetable  is much as I would expect.

The rollout has begun with the U.S. carrier branded S20's for Verizon just starting to receive it.

See...

Samsung Galaxy S20 series starts receiving Android 11 update at Verizon

[EDIT] There is speculation that the U.S. carrier, Verizon, update may have been pulled.

Over on SamMobile they refer to the possibility of a mistake with Verizon's stable Android 11 release...

"There was some confusion about Verizon’s update at first and it’s still not entirely clear if the recent update was pushed out early by mistake or by design."

Also from SamMobile...

"
and it has to do with Verizon’s confusing support pages. They mention that the Android 11 update is out now along with the November 2020 security patch, but the build number suggests it’s a beta build."

I believe that the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G has received Android 11 & UI 3.0 beta test firmware in conjunction with the non 5G models so the stable release should be at the same time.

With the news that Samsung have started to roll out the stable Android 11 & UI 3.0 releases. comes the news that the Beta test firmware release has started for the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE model.

Initially, this has started rolling out in Samsung's home country, South Korea.

This bodes well for the Galaxy S20 FE users as it puts them on the road to a stable release in early 2021.

Users should check their Samsung Members app in case they need to sign up for the Beta test firmware. The Beta test on the Galaxy S20's was limited to 5 or 6 countries and unbranded Samsung models and therefore the Beta may not be available to everyone.

(Thanks to  for the heads up! 👍
