Hey @Members_wQ9vrtq ,

is the connection visible at all and are you able to connect the phone to any other networks?

Would you be able to run the following test and let me know the results?

If you have already connected to a router, you should be able to pick it up again. If not, its the -53dBm interfering the -51dBm that Samsung band. Go next to the Router, turn it off, turn off the phone, restart the phone before the Router as it will be seeking devices.

You might want to consider saturated environments? For example, by 2016, my own home had more devices than the older router could cope with. I ended up replacing it with a triband MESH system tripling my capacity, especially in the IPV6 that's go an almost infinite address system compared to the IPV4 with insufficient addresses since you logged on with your last phone.
