Where is Google Disover on my One Ui 3.1 update?

I was really looking forward to Google Discover on my Galaxy S10, because Daily or Free is nothing more than a place for showing bad ads with no focus on actually good content. Does it work for you guys? Why is Samsung not giving the option to choose to everyone? Are they afraid that nobody would pick Daily or Free?

unfortunately google discover is limited to s21 series. hope they will release an update for older models too.
