Check its not the website itself at issue.
Try using a different browser @Barniee and if you can ask someone you know to access the same site to see if there having an issue.
If.your using the stock Samsung browser and stock Samsung Keyboard then press the hamburger icon at the bottom and try choosing the desktop site.

I've tried 2 search browsers, both in mobile & wifi, and the desktop option. Nothing works for me. I have a Samsung Galaxy 10.
