Installed the latest update to Android 10 this morning and have lost all volumes (all very quiet), ringer, media etc. Have wiped cache, rebooted etc etc. Don't want to have to factory reset but will do if necessary. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Hi @Wilmer55

No I updated a couple of weeks ago to Android 10 / Samsung One Ui 2.0 and it hasn't affected my volumes in anyway.

Are you speakers ok when on a call using the mic and when on loud speaker ?

You can test your speakers via going over to your dial pad and type in *#0*#, this will bring up a number of tests including the speaker.

A long shot but put the phone in Safe Mode which disables any downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones Live and then see what happens.

Make sure all your ports including the charging one is clear of debris.

If you don't want to perform a factory reset then perhaps let a Samsung Experience Store  / Samsung Service Centre have hands on with it.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I installed new oneui 2 android 10 update on my Galaxy A60 but after every thing about sound and volume is mixed up. For instant I am want to play game while I am in the game it does not my headphones if I plug it in for that to work I should minimize the game go to the home page and open the game again.

Almost most of the times when I want to play some video or music it just plays from front speaker which is for calls.

Volume keys are not properly working while playing games, instead of increasing or decreasing media volume it affects on ringtone volume

I have the same problem with A7 2018. I got the new update to Android 10 3 days ago. Have you found a solution yet?

I upgraded SANSUNG i10 yesterday when prompted to do so after the App crash issue. Volume is now not very good. Only audible using speaker function when the bar is about 75% or higher. Loudest is about galf of what it used to be.

Just to add further yo my response is that I upgraded software ater being prompted to do so during the App crash situation. Speaker and media volume very low, less than half of what it was. Not happy to reset to factory settings because I will lose too much.
