USB drive not connecting

I'm having issues the last few days where my USB does not show up in my files on my Galaxy S10. I have an SD that is connecting and available. I tried the USB drive and connector on other phones and it works fine but just not on my phone. I've also tried a second USB drive on my phone and that doesn't work either. 

Any ideas of how to get this connected again?

have you tapped the notification to change what happens when USB is connected

Hi Soturi. Yes, I tried this. It's all greyed out and set for data transfer. I checked this on another device where it does work and its the exact same.
