update /slow notifications

I have just updated my s10 to the new 3.0 software and my notifications are not showing up like on whatsapp  unless I go on the app it then pops up check most things settings and I'm stumped

@Waynet: Can you try heading to Settings > Apps > Whatsapp > Notifications, and select any relevant notifications fields. From here, make sure that Alert is selected, along with 'Show as pop-up', and that a 'Sound' is assigned to each field. Let me know if this helps.
