I've been having issues with my touch screen being not as responsive as it should after a software update, I tried restarting it but it's still the same. What would anyone suggest?
If you go into the get help section on the Members App There is a section where you can perform various tests One being a test of the touch screen May have to clear the phones Partition Cache. Can Google that
I'm not sure what to do, I reached out to a Samsung help line and she mentioned it could be my case however the problem still happens with my case on, so the next option is the factory reset the phone, however I do not want to do that because I'll loose everything.
