UI 3.0 recovery mode

Good morning to everyone, 

How can I do the recovery mode without headphones cable please?

just plug in cable connected to PC or laptop

https://youtu.be/69UDw-xwpGM same as on the video but while connected to pc or laptop via cable. it's just that they changed it for some reason after the last update or it's a glitch no one really knows

1- Turn off the phone
2- Wait few seconds
3- Put one end of the USB cable on the phone and the other end to the PC or the laptop
4- Press and Hold the Volume up and Power button until the logo appears
5- Let go the buttons
6- You are now in the recovery mode

This bug has been out for a while.. I'm surprised they haven't fixed it yet, especially when there was an update as it came out of the box.

Have been on to Samsung technician for 30 mins but no joy. You solved the problem for me. By the way this was for my S20 5G - and your solution worked perfectly! Thank you!

it's crazy isn't it Lawrie.. you would think the technicians would know of the bug and help troubleshoot.. but it appears to be a leap of faith.. lol
