I got my upgrade with Vodafone in December and I have been passed back and forth for 4 months on how to claim free ear buds. I've been promised they are in the post more then once then covid hit and I haven't been able to get through to anyone and now I still do not have my free ear buds. I'm told to contact Samsung direct. So hence this is where I am ..... I just want my free buds I was promised.
