trying to claim free ear buds

I got my upgrade with Vodafone in December and I have been passed back and forth for 4 months on how to claim free ear buds. I've been promised they are in the post more then once then covid hit and I haven't been able to get through to anyone and now I still do not have my free ear buds. I'm told to contact Samsung direct. So hence this is where I am ..... I just want my free buds I was promised.

happy to help. Did you claim these from the phone using Samsung Members? If so, when did you get the claim validated and have you tried to contact the Promotions Team at galaxybuds@samsungpromotions.claims or by phone (UK) 0345 216 0144?

Just to add to @TessM  excellent advice if your a Vodafone Uk customer and haven't posted on tne Vodafone Uk Community Forum also then pease try the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries
