Toggle vibration on off with Volume button

I was used to toggle vibration on-off by using Volume buttons (Volume Down till vibration inserted, Volume Up back to sound) is there a way to come back to this situation? (of course no) Does it depend maybe on the app launcher? I mean: if I change the app launcher can adjust this thing? Thanks

today realized it works?

1)have been occurred any update?

2)have i triggered something? (that will not be able to trigger again after, example, a reboot?)

I am sure the feature was NOT present
