Software update

Since my software update yesterday, my phone has become so slow. Apps taking at least 5-6 seconds to open, apps closing, Bluetooth earphones keep disconnecting. The phone is just on a go slow. What software did you add that's making the phone function so slow?

Does it have to be plugged into a computer or can it be a normal charger?

Not sure , I used wife's mac book , think you might be able to use samsung USB headphones if you have them
