Samsung S10 Lite Audio comes out on earpiece

I am having issue with this software version, sometimes the audio comes out in the EARPIECE instead on the SPEAKER.

have you powered off your phone for a few minutes and then back on after software update,
sometimes this will work.
or you could try a factory reset.

Hope this sorted it for you. Are you in the uk, still waiting for the latest update, lite version always takes the longest to come out🤔🙄
