S10e last update 11.1.2020. games dont run in full screen

Hello,

Ever since the last software update which was around 10th or 11th January 2020 my games do not run in full screen. The screen is cut just below the camera and on the other end with the navigation bar... i tried running those games in full screen instead of auto as suggested in this forum but it didnt work.... any suggestions how to fix this?

@JoxaFoxa: If you go to Settings > Display > Full Screen Apps, is 'Hide Front Camera' active? If so, disable this option, then check the list of apps below to ensure that any games you want to play in full screen mode are toggled on. Let me know if this resolves your issue.

I checked it right now, and the 'hide camera cutout' is turned off, and the game apps have the fullscreen option.

Game launcher app is set to full screen as well...

Same issue. I have an older app launcher which doesn't do full screen anymore.  Settings in display\full screen apps don't make a difference.
