Hello,
Since two weeks ago (more or less) my S10e don't charge when connected to USB port. This first happens in my car (the only place where I regularly connect it to USB port), the warning was regarding moisture in the port - it does not make sense at all because the phone was in my pocket and it was 35 degrees and no humidity in the air at all.
After some time tries, different days, the error changed to bad connection (also tried several cables). Now it does not display any message, it looks like start and stop charging multiple times (like a bad connection).
I tried to change cables (used the one that I usually use in the socket transformer) and same error persists. I thought maybe is a problem with the voltage in the car USB port, so I tried it in the PC USB port, with the same cable already described, and same problem persists.
This looks like a software problem, otherwise the same cable in the socket should issue the same error.
Please can advise on solving this?

Hi @HLV88
Hope you're doing well. It does sound like an inspection will be required to determine what actions to take to get this sorted. Before you do this, try going through the troubleshooting steps on this page: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/mobile-device/pick-up-service/

Thank you a lot for your quick reply.
Why do you think is a hardware problem? The same phone, same cable with socket connection no problem, only when I connect the cable to an usb port (PC, Car) there is a problem.
