Okay so my kid (don't you just love them!) dropped my S10+ a month ago, cracked the bottom left hand corner of the screen, but was still working perfectly!
Then a week ago a 5mm thick bright white line appeared at the bottom of the screen, at the same time the power button stopped turning the screen on! If I press it, sometimes the white line appears, I can hold my thumb on the blank screen and sometimes the thumb recognition works but usually not!
The face recognition doesn't work and I can't swipe in any direction to bring up the thumb print or code unlock, the only time the screen has anything on is when it is charging, it has the white line and thumb print recognition...the power button still works to turn the screen off and turn the phone off after I have logged in
I have tried a soft reset, leaving always on, on but nothing seems to work!
