S10 SCV41 not recieving android 12

Hello , i have S10 SCV41 and i havn't recieved android 12 yet can anyone help me understand why or how can i fix this manually

It's a Japanese device so you would probably need to use Smart Switch but there haven't been any updates since April 2021.

bro i am also having this samsung galaxy s10 au japan variant SCV41 Android update on 11 not updating on Android 12 i think and hope so,in the middle of April 2022 will get Android 12 update

yeah, upgraded successfully. but mine NFC isnt working anymore, it wont turned on
