S10 plus camera doesnt work

Hi

Today my camera stopped working. I'm on a s10 plus. Mayor update this last night 

When opening the camera app it says error the camera doesn't work 

When opening on Facebook the front facing camera works but not the rear one.

When entering the menu via *#0*# and tries to check the camera it says the same kind of stuff 

Never never dropped the phone its brand new

Worked yesterday 

Tried everything soft reset hard reset canceling app remove cache and data updating g everything 

What happend?

Can you guys help me. Is this related to an update?

Hello Team,

I bought a S10 2 weeks before and it was working fine. Suddenly yesterday the front camera stopped working when i was on video call on whatsapp.

Never ever dropped. No issues except this one. 

As most of them said, i tried all ways from clearing cache to hard reset the phone, but no luck.

Still i get the same warning, "Camera failed".

Any idea's to fix it? If no, any idea when will there be the next software update which fixes this issue?

Faced the same issue, in January, suddenly camera stopped working! it is October now, its still not fixed. tried everything, took it to multiple customer support!!. Never buying a Samsung phone again. Bought this phone for its good camera which doesn't work.
