S10 jack input audio bug?

So I just bought these earbuds/hearing protection for motorcycle riding from Big Ear. The problem is that it doesn't work with my Samsung Galaxy S10 but works with my husband's. It's quite frustrating because I tried plugging every earbuds I have in the house in my phone and each of them works. I tried calling Big Ear too and they said their products work on both ios and android devices. Could this be a bug? A wiring issue? What should I do?

What Android version is your S10 on? If all other Earbuds work on your phone apart from this one, it looks like a compatibility issue with this particular one. Also, is your husband's phone an S10 as well?
