The alarm set on my S10 does not ring. I usually have it face down and on vibrate at night. Can this be the cause? Any other causes/solutions? I've turned off the Auto Start and still having issue.

Try testing it out by setting an alarm and then do the opposite to what you normally do to see what happens!
