I am having problems with my phone
Had it about 8 months and already had to have motherboard replaced
When I restart the phone it doesn't restart properly and goes to battery percentage. Then says phone is starting when gets eventually to home screen
Soft reset doesn't work. Just switches off
Factory reset just shows Samsung logo and not much happens
Everything was fine a few days ago. This happened to anyone else or is it my phone?

This could be due to the repair work carried out on it.
Does the phone work at all ?
Try Safe Mode which disables any downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working and then see what happens. If it stops then one or more of your apps are causing this. Come out of Safe Mode and start deleting your most recent apps one at a time until it stops.
It that does not help I'd normally suggest to go to a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre but they are temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Your other option is to see if you can send the phone to Samsung or wait until the service centres re open.

I've booked it in for a repair
