Hi there, I have a major problem with my Samsung 10e keyboard. While doing a google search I must have hit on the magnification symbol in the bottom right corner of my screen but instead of just magnifying the screen content it enlarged the keyboard too, so that I can only see a small section of it, hence I can’t type on it. I’ve gone into the accessibility settings and tried switching off magnification, this does not affect the keyboard though. Also unhelpfully, it states that I can’t magnify the keyboard or search bar but this is what has happened! I have also tried switching out of Swiftkey keyboard back into the Samsung keyboard and restored it to default settings but the problem remains.
Please help! Like many of us I now rely on my phone for most communications and working from home so I need to get this sorted ASAP. Thanks.
