Hello, I have noticed with my S10 which I bought in October 2019, everytime I do a phone update my learned words are deleted and my phone has to re-learn them. This is annoying because updates are received at least monthly and each time I need to retype my name, family names, town names, etc which the phone had previously remembered. Can you please report it and ask to fix this? I've had Samsung phones for years and this is the first time I've encountered this problem
