Hi Samsung,

I have been a faithful user of your phone and I always buy your new flagship phones but the following features need to be added in touchwhiz or the Samsung one UI :

1 SMART RESOLUTION FOR BATTERY SAVING. HUAWEI HAS ONE AND I LIKE IT. I CHARGE THAT PHONE ONCE EVERY 2 DAYS WHILE I HAVE TO CHARGE MY S10 PLUS MULTUPLE TIMES PER DAY.

2 SNAPDRAGON EVERYWHERE. I LIVE IN THE UK AND I AM TIRED OF BAD PERFORMANCE OF MY EXYNOS HABDSET. I DONOT CARE ABOUT THE DIP IN PERFORMANCE AS LONG AS IT LASTS ONE FULL DAY WITH GPS 4G WIFI NFC AND ALL THE SENSORS RUNNING.

3 BIGGER BATTERY. WE DONT WANT THIN OHONE WITH A CAMERA BUMP I WOULD RATHER HAVE LARGER BATTERY AND NO CAMERA BUMP.

4 BETTER CAMERA IMAGE SIGNAL PROCESSOR IN EXYNOS CHIPS. EQUAL TO SNAPDRAGONS OR BETTER.

5 WE NEED MULTIPLE SPACES, ONE FOR WORK AND ONE FOR HOME LIKE IN MI PHONED SECOND SPACE BECAUSE THE HARDWARE CAN HANDLE IT.

6 PLEASE REMOVE PEOPLE FROM BIXBY TEAM AND ADD MORR PERSONELL IN EXYNOS ENGINEERING TEAM.

7 FASTER 65 W CHARGING CAPABILITIES, WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A FAST PHONE IF ITS DEAD ?

8 DONOT FOLLOW APPLE AND REMKVE THE ACCESSORIES FROM THE BOX.

9 WE DONT NEED THE TELEPHOTO CAMERA MAKE A CHEAPER VERSION WITH JUST 2 CAMERAS ONE GOOD PRIMARY SENSOR AND ONE ULTRA WIDE SENSOR WITH GOOD DEPTH SENSING SENSOR.

10 PLEASE MAKE SMART SCREEN REFRESH MODE SO I DONT USE 120 HZ WHILE LOOKING AT A GOOGLE MAP WHILE NAVIGATING.

11 PLEASE DONOT MAKE A HEADPHONE NOW THAT APPLE HAS ONE.

12 UNDER DISPLAY FRKMT CAMERA SEEMS VIABLE FOR THE NEXT FLAGSHIP.

13 I LIKED THE IRIS SENSOR BUT IF IT CAN BE RE INTRODUCED FROM UNDER THE SCREEN DO IT.

schedule auto power off and auto power on. obviously with keypad lock on if its in use. Huawei have this feature.

1. Resolution doesn't impact battery life. the reason you need to charge your S10+ so much is exynos.
2. S20 FE 5G and S10 lite are Snapdragon. and the exynos 2100 in the s21 is going to fix the issues with exynos in the past, especially battery life. Snapdragon 888 in mi 11 was shown to have severe overheating problems and mediocre battery life, so Snapdragon my be worse this time. 3. many people still prefer a one hand able, thinner phone but there are phones like S20 ultra with 5000mah or m51 with 7000mah (biggest battery on a phone). 4. exynos 2100 or there are Snapdragon models if you really don't want that for some reason. 5. closest thing to this is using secure folder. 6. you can just disable Bixby and exynos high end chips are getting better now. 7. 65w severely destroys battery capacity over long periods of time, a test showed an oppo went to like 70% battery capacity after only a year using 65w. personally I'm fine with 15w on my 4500mah battery, I get a full charge in 1.5 hours which is fine since the battery lasts so long anyway (which will hopefully be the case with s21 and exynos 2100). 9. personal preference. 10. note 20 ultra has this, variable refresh rate, and s21 ultra will also have it. 11. the airpods max are overpriced and apple lol. 12. under display cameras are very early rn, this zte axon 20 has it and the display looks horrible near the camera, resolution is severely decreased and colours look bad. 13. when under display cameras become mature, ig we could see a apple face-id like system under the display.
