Galaxy S10 SeriesMy samsung pass is not working, its wont recognise my fingerprint, other app are, ive not got the option to log into it via a pin code, and i only have 3 attempts left... How do i turn it off, or get into it? What can I do??

Galaxy S10 SeriesI had this issue for a few weeks and finally figured it out tonight!
I unregistered my finger prints and re did them.
Then it had the option in the finger print section of settings for Samsung pass and samsunga pay. I clicked pass and it took me to the login page, I opted to use the email address for a 1 time log in, it sends you an email and you click the link and then return to the app, from there the app tells you to put your finger on the sensor and it worked!! FINALLY
You could have luck just going through to Samsung pass via the fingerprint settings and doing the email that way, it verifies you and basically creates a new biometric!

Galaxy S10 SeriesI also have a similar effect. I cannot log in to my Samsung pass in my new s20 ultra. I already called customer care even they couldn't able to fix that. Samsung really needs to fix these issues so that the user can have a smooth user experience. Clearing the cache and data doesn't work. Please find a solution to this problem.

Galaxy S10 SeriesI disabled my Wifi connection so only cellular data was used, and then it worked. I have seen that with several apps that they only seem to work over the cellular service or Wi-Fi service (particularly for Smart home devices). Try that and see if it works.

After setting up the fingerprints you want to use go to:
Settings- Biometrics and Security- Fingerprints-Samsung Pass - Turn On the Switch for using Fingerprints with Samsung Pass
This was the fix for me
