Lost camera shutter option s10

Hi,

Trying to turn camera shutter sound off.

Found 'turn shutter sound off' now disappeared so cannot turn camera shutter sound on or  off!

No option in settings etc.

Use Bixby Routines. 

Condition: application, camera

Action: do not disturb on (important: do not use volume because it makes a sound when you turn the camera off)

Another option is to simply disable system sound in the drop down menu of the volume bar.

I have two S10e phones with same version of camera app (10.5.01.6) and the new S10e does not have the option "shutter sound" that my older one does. Why has this been removed and how do you turn off shutter sounds?  I do not use bixby, nor do I want to.
