My S10 scheduled dnd no longer works. I've deleted the start and end time rule and created a new one. Still not triggering. Wife not happy with overnight beeps !!!

Hi @ianadd, let's try a quick Soft Reset: Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons until the phone restarts. Does it help?

It didn't work for me. DND turns off sometime after I turn it on. I don't have any schedule, checked all the apps that could change the setting, still happening. The issue started after the May update.

Thanks. Let's start your phone in Safe Mode. This will help us to check if a third party app is causing this issue with your phone. To start the phone in Safe Mode you can follow these steps:

1. Turn the phone off
2. Hold down the Power button to switch the phone back on.
3. As the phone is starting up, hold down the Volume Down button until the Home Screen appears.
4. Safe Mode will now display in the left hand corner of your phone to confirm that Safe Mode has been enabled.

I've tried soft reset and I've tried safe mode. No change - if I set a do not disturb period it does nothing on entry into that period.

Warning to others re 'safe mode' - on return from safe mode I lost all my widgets and and had to reinstate them to get may home screen layout back.

Do you by any chance have a Bixby Routine set up to turn the DND setting on at the schedule times?

Not using Bixby for anything. I am just trying to make use of the DND scheduling facility via the DND icon in the drag-down list.

Thanks, what happens if you go through Settings > Notifications > Do not disturb, and set it up through that?

Does that make a difference?

I'm having the same issue, the above doesn't appear to have been solved?

When I have DND on, it is now stopping sounds for texts/calls all day, not just the set DND period.  

I have an S10 and this has only recently started happening.
