Galaxy S10 SeriesHello,
I have a S10e and the wifi doesn't works since yesterday. I can't put it on. When I select "wifi On" it take few second to automatically turn off. I have tried to turn on/off fly mode, to restart, to stars in sécurité mode, to wipe cache, to unauthorised wifi control for all application nothing works.
Any ideas ?

You could reset the network settings.
You could wipe the cache partition.
You could invoke the Samsung Members App, there invoke "Get help", there invoke "Interactive Checks", there check WLAN.
You could contact the support from the Members app.
You could do a factory reset.

Galaxy S10 SeriesThank you,
I have allready try the first 3 solution without any succes. And I would prefere to not reset to fatory setting as I suppose I should first save all my data, and I don't have enougth space on my computer (I know I have to make space )
Is it because it was working before, that you think it only software problem ? in that case it should be possible to uninstal app or update to return to a working configuration ?

Well, there are software problems, so it would a reasonable course of action to try that first.
By the way, the factory reset won't delete the data on the SD-card. But a backup might be a good idea in any case.
Another thing to try would be the safe mode - does it work then ? If yes, then it's a third-party-app that's causing the problem.
