Hide notification content until face unlock

I want that my s10+ keep disable notification content on lock screen and it displays me only when I unlock it using face recognization as an iPhone X/XS/XR/...

But a this time I can't enable this feature, why?

Settings>biometrics and security>face recognition>stay on lock screen.

I thought i had that working before from there, sorry about that. I dont know why this feature is not working properly. Have you made sure you have installed any system updates on your device?

So it looks like the phones that are able to its in

Hi,
I've installed all of official updates.
On lock screen -> notifications -> hide content I can't choose which type of notifications shows.
If I try to enable hide content, my notifications still hide also when I unlock screen using face recognition.

In face recognition I have enable
Face Unlock
Stay on Lock Screen
Require open eyes
Brighten Screen
And disable
Faster recognition

I think it is an issue of Samsung Android customization.
