HELP fast charge?!

hello 

I have a S10 plus, got it wen it was new last year. never had an issue. over the last two days it has stopped fast charging. which is a real issue I dont have much time to charge my phone. I have tryed resetting it. bought a new fast charger and plug. still didnt solve it. I know where the button is to make sure it is turned on as a setting but when I plug my phone in the option is greyed out and not clickable. 

any suggestions?!?!

@kelsey31: If you're using the official charger that came with the device, and you have checked Settings > Device Care > Battery > 3 Dots > Advanced, then please can you try restarting the phone in Safe Mode to see if this helps. If you're able to fast charge in Safe Mode then restart the phone as you would normally and delete any recently installed applications.

Turn the device off > Press and hold the Power key > Release the Power key when the S10+ logo appears > Press and hold the Volume Down key immediately after releasing the Power key > Continue to hold the Volume Down button until the device finishes booting.

just tryed that, even in safe mode doesnt fast charge or when phone is off and left to charge

@kelsey31: Can you try clearing the cache partition on the device:

1. Turn the S10+ off.
2. Hold the Volume Up, Power and Bixby buttons together for around 10 seconds. Keep holding the buttons until you see the Samsung logo.
3. Scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition using the Volume Down button, and hit the Power button.

Does this resolve your issue?

still cable charging 

device care and the toggle for fast charging cable is grey and clickable

I am having the same issue.

Just got excited from the 45V super fast charger I saw on Samsung's website.

Been trying to get my brand new Note 10+ to super fast charge without success 😞

Hope I didn't waste my money on the super fast charger.
