I have the same problem. I'm very unhappy with this phone.

How to solve this issue? I want to use HDR10+ and enjoy the vibrant videos when I share them with family by whatsapp, is it possible?

After updating to Android 12 this feature has been removed. This is so frustrating!! Videos share to WhatsApp without audio!!! And as usual, Samsung repairs it in next Android version, so in Android 13!!

Really time to switch from Samsung and give Google a try!

3 years later, still impossible to send HDR10+ videos through WhatsApp.

This is ridiculous, given how large the user base of Samsung and WhatsApp is.

Did that already, received a reply - as always - that the issue is known and will get fixed in an upcoming update.

As usual, Samsung Anesthesia of Customers with "upcoming update" thing, and nothing gets fixed in the "upcoming update(s)".
