Galaxy S10+ randomly switching voice device

My S10+ is changing the sound output device randomly during my calls (phone, whatsapp, teams, etc.). If I am talking on the ear, suddenly speaker turns on or vica versa. Or if I am usinga bluetooth device, the sound gets redirected to the speaker or ear unit in the phone randomly. Bluetooth doesn't get disconnected, I just need to double tap the bluetooth icon on the call window and I hear the sound again from my BT device.

This is very annoying, please advise.

Yes, I am still having this issue. No fixes yet. July updates didn't work as well.

I am having this issue as well and it is very annoying. This will happen even with no BT coonected.  The phone will switch from phone to speaker, with the speaker icon still white.
