I just got a new Samsung S10+ smartphone and once i plug in my charger, it gives notification of CHECK CHARGER CONNECTION and it charges slowly instead of fast charging.
Maybe you have left some of the protective plastic around the edges of the phone. This may have been pushed into the battery slot, and cause charging problem.
