Edit video timestamps

So recently I bought the s10 and I've been saving all my photos on google photos and it's time to transfer them from my s7 to my s10. When I transfer photos and videos there all muddled up. I changed the timestamps through software and a few programs and managed to fix my picture timestamps by removing exif data and then using exif tool to create new creation/datetaken data. However for videos I've edited the timestamps yet videos still come muddled and use incorrect timelime when I transfer them to my phone. When I go on video details it says the date is the exact time when I transfered the video but it doesn't use date created like the photos to store them correctly . Is there any procedure to fix this?

I have exactly the same issue. Did anyone find a solution to this? Why does the S10 decide to change the timestamp? They are correct on my Pc, but they change when I move them to the phone

I found the solution for now so you could try this. it's very simple you just chnage the time to the date you want the photo to be stored at.
Step 1 - move the videos that need changing to desktop PC or laptop.
Step 2 - change the time on phone to the date you want the videos to be.
Step 3 - move the videos back to the phone
